Ballyclare scored with ten minutes remaining, and set about a cagey ten minutes. However, the home team emulated their manager’s fight and desire and won 3-1, leaving them one round of play-offs away from the Premier League. Dean Curry, Jamie McIntyre, Michael McCrudden, Sammy Morrow and Stephen Curry deserve a huge amount of credit and raised their game when they needed to most.
