Institute manager Kevin Deery wants to make it back to back league victories when his side face Ballyclare Comrades this Saturday (KO 3pm).

Now that they have finally secured a league win, Deery wants his side to kick-on from the Lurgan Celtic performance and start moving up the Championship One table.

“We have to believe in what we are doing and the win is a real lift for us because the three or four days training which the boys are doing, all that hard work paid off on Saturday,” he said.

“But that hard work is what you have to do to start climbing the table.

“We will go about our work at training this week again prepare for Ballyclare and back to back wins puts you right up the table and

that’s what we’ll be pushing for.”

Ballyclare have had somewhat of an in different start to the season.

They too have only had one league success and they know a win for the Waterside men could see them being leap frogged by Stute.
